A Living Luxury Resort

 I've read that only 21% of the original "old-growth" forests still exist on Earth. I also heard that to build a navy Queen Elizabeth I had to get timber from Europe to build ships because the Romans cut all the "old-growth" forests down in Britain. An "old-growth" forest in wet areas is considered to be at least 250 years old. That made me wonder how many people alive have walked through a forest full of "old-growth" trees? Not many I would think. Probably because there aren't many around.  One day I'd like to see a luxury resort corporation, in conjunction with a progressive government, build a "living luxury resort". This requires a large chunk of land which can be designed from the ground up to provide irrigation, the introduction of the correct trees, and supporting fauna and flora.
